General Electric Assigned Patent for Semiconductor Device and Method of Manufacturing Same

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 28 -- General Electric, Schenectady, New York, has been assigned a patent (8,815,721) developed by four co-inventors for a "semiconductor device and method of manufacturing the same." The co-inventors are Zachary Matthew Stum, Niskayuna, New York, Stephen Daley Arthur, Glenville, New York, Kevin Sean Matocha, Rexford, New York, and Peter Almern Losee, Clifton Park, New York.
