13-year LRES veteran to drive development of LRES’ corporate culture
through enhanced staffing strategies and employee relations
In this position, Thompson is responsible for developing and implementing internal policies that further strengthen the strategic direction of the company, while also overseeing staffing strategies that identify and cultivate talent. She continues to play a key role in developing LRES’ corporate culture, effectively utilizing human capital within the company to further its vision and mission.

Thompson began working at LRES in 2001 as a human resources and accounting manager. Since then, she has advanced to the position of director of human resources, where she oversaw recruitment, employee compensation and benefits, and ensured company compliance with government regulations. Before joining LRES, she was a senior account representative at Bank of America.
