InVisage Technologies Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 25 -- InVisage Technologies, Menlo Park, California, has been assigned a patent (8,803,128) developed by three co-inventors for a "photodetectors and photovoltaics based on semiconductor nanocrystals." The co-inventors are Edward Hartley Sargent, Toronto, Ghada Koleilat, Toronto, and Larissa Levina, Toronto.
