ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 26 -- Cisco Technology, San Jose, California, has been assigned a patent (8,812,487) developed by five co-inventors for the "addition and processing of continuous SQL queries in a streaming relational database management system." The co-inventors are Saileshwar Krishnamurthy, Palo Alto, California, Neil Thombre, Santa Clara, California, Neil Conway, Berkeley, California, Wing Hang Li, San Bruno, California, and Morten Hoyer, Montclair, New Jersey.
