Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. Announces Resignation of Director

TORONTO, Aug. 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Asia Bio-Chem Group Corp. (TSX: ABC) ("Asia Bio-Chem" or the "Company") announces today that Jeremy Kendall will resign as director of the Company immediately for personal reasons.
