BRIEF: Surreal art an attention-grabber at Hershey Gardens

Aug. 23--The new attraction this summer at Hershey Gardens -- where roses, tulips and annuals are normally the stars -- wasn't nurtured with sunshine and water.

It was nurtured by imagination.

Twenty-six seniors at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design in Lancaster let their imaginations run wild last year when they created surreal artwork in a partnership with the Gardens. "Four Surreal Seasons" opened along a path in the Gardens in May -- when the students graduated -- and will continue through Sunday, Sept. 28.
