Prospective offerors are cautioned to review the Final CTSS-III RFP in its entirety. Questions to the Draft RFP were received and changes have been incorporated into the Final. As such, prospective offerors are encouraged to thoroughly review the Final RFP.
Supplemental information (Government Furnished Information) is provided as a Document Package and is linked to the solicitation. Supplemental information is provided for a historical perspective of the effort that will be required from the CTSS-III contractor and should not be construed as future work requirements. Supplemental information will not become a contractual requirement.
Prospective offerors are encouraged to review the requirement for Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) Mitigation Plans. An OCI Mitigation Plan shall be required from all prospective Offerors regardless of whether an actual OCI exists at this time. A contract cannot be awarded to an offeror who does not have an OCI Mitigation Plan that has been deemed acceptable by the Contracting Officer. Consequently, prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to submit and negotiate an OCI Mitigation plan as early as possible.
