Aug. 22--A Winston-Salem casting company will hold a call for extras on Sunday for a feature film to be shot in Greensboro in September and October.

Phil Newsome of Altair Casting and Production Services declined to name the film.

But other local and state film officials have said that "The Disappointments Room," a psychological thriller starring Kate Beckinsale, will film in Greensboro during that time.

The extras casting call will be held from 1-5 p.m. Sunday at Altair's offices at 703 Coliseum Plaza Court, Winston-Salem.

The film seeks men and women, ages 18 to 60, period and contemporary; men with facial hair; female twins from three months to five months old; rollerbladers; bicyclists; string players for a chamber orchestra and various others.

They should bring a current photo.

Extras will be paid, Newsome said.
