ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 19 -- Seagate Technology, Cupertino, California, has been assigned a patent (8,804,256) developed by Jae-Ki Hong, Suwon-si, South Korea, and Jin Wan Jun, Seoul, South Korea, for "hard disk drive, method for operating the same, and computer system having the same."
