Comptroller of the Currency (OCC)

Acquisition Management (AQM)

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with AccessData Group Inc. for 60 new seat-based Summation Pro Licenses and continuation of 40 existing legacy licenses. The software is used in supporting litigation and investigation cases for the OCC and continued use is required so as not to disrupt current activities. There are currently more than 100 cases in the case management system. The base period of performance for the new licenses is from date of award through 12 months, with options for four additional 12-month periods. The period of performance for the existing licenses will be from March 1, 2015 through February 29, 2016, plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, and no solicitation documents are available. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement, which is solely at the discretion of the OCC. Any written response should include full costing information, as well as descriptive literature containing sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capacity to meet the requirement.
