August 20, 2014

Staff at Al Montazah park in Sharjah will also be women

Al Montazah Amusement and Water Park, Sharjah's newest family entertainment hotspot, announced reserving its water park every Tuesday exclusively for ladies and children.

From noon to 9pm every Tuesday, women will be able to privately enjoy the water park's various facilities with their children (boys under 80cm) and loved ones in a safe, comfortable and men-free environment. All members of the staff at Al Montazah's Water Park, including those at the restaurants and retail outlets, will be women.

Al Montazah manager Khalid Al Qaseer said, "We are striving to offer high-quality aquatic and recreational facilities customised to meet the needs of all members of the community. Through the exclusive ladies day every Tuesday, we want to create a comfortable atmosphere in which mothers can share treasured moments with their little ones. We are looking forward to welcoming the ladies of Sharjah and the rest of the emirates to enjoy the aquatic adventures and recreational facilities available at Al Montazah's Water Park, as well as the other activities we are organising throughout the year, some of which will be organised exclusively for ladies on Tuesdays."

Last Tuesday, the park saw a large turnout of women and their children who enjoyed the facilities in a private and convenient environment. In response to the increasing number, the park management provided more staff members to meet the needs of ladies and provide the best possible services.

The recently renovated Al Montazah Amusement and Water Park, formerly known as Al Jazeera Park, spreads over 126,000 square metres. It includes Water Park, Leisure Park and Amusement Park.

The Water Park, the first of its kind in Sharjah, provides world-class facilities and water rides for all ages. In addition to its modern design, the water park offers safety and protection services, along with lifeguards available to give assistance when necessary, as well as a number of world-class restaurants, cafes and a mosque. This area will be a venue for seasonal activities scheduled throughout the year.

The Leisure Park covers an area of 50,000 square metres, offering a variety of electronic games for all ages. It also includes kart racing (Karting) for children and young people, two mini football playgrounds, special areas for sports, and a venue for celebrations.
