ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 20 -- Micron Technology, Boise, Idaho, has been assigned a patent (8,809,145) developed by Sanh D. Tang, Boise, Idaho, and John K. Zahurak, Eagle, Idaho, for "semiconductor cells, arrays, devices and systems having a buried conductive line and methods for forming the same."
