United States : LAVALLEY associates Pipeline Company

Recently, LaValley Industries of Bemidji, best known as the manufacturer of the innovative Deckhand pipe handling product line, declared a distribution partnership with CRC-Evans Pipeline International, an international leader in pipeline construction technologies and product development as stated by officials.

CRC-Evans as part of the partnership will become the exclusive global distributor of LaValley Industries Deckhand systems to the pipeline industry. Manufactured in Bemidji, the Deckhand product line is included of a patented, modular design able to perform a number of functions together with pipe handling, road mat handling and weld positioning.

Montgomery gives up work from Norfarm Seeds

BEMIDJIDennis Montgomery lately retired from Norfarm Seeds in Bemidji after 41 years.

Due to the personnel changes, officials said Norfarm Seeds is discontinuing selling retail seed at the store. Norfarm Seed now will be marketed through Bemidji Co-op Cenex.

Norfarm will carry on to focus in custom cleaning, processing, mixing and wholesale seed.
