Monolithic 3D Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 19 -- Monolithic 3D, San Jose, California, has been assigned a patent (8,803,206) developed by three co-inventors for a "three dimensional (3D) semiconductor device and structure." The co-inventors are Zvi Or-Bach, San Jose, California, Brian Cronquist, San Jose, California, and Deepak Sekar, San Jose, California.
