International Rectifier Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 19 -- International Rectifier, El Segundo, California, has been assigned a patent (8,803,199) developed by three co-inventors for a "III-nitride semiconductor device with stepped gate." The co-inventors are Michael A. Briere, Scottsdale, Arizona, Paul Bridger, Altadena, California, and Jianjun Cao, Torrance, California.
