The U.S. Food and Drug Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Molnar-Institute for Applied Chromatography for the procurement of One (1) chromatography modelling and optimization software package capable of developing robust and fast separations methods for high performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and gas chromatograph (GC). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(2)(i). The NAICS code is 511210 and the size standard is $35.50.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations and no solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, sources may submit descriptive literature, fully documenting their capability to provide item, which will be considered by the Agency.
