Monday 8/18 Insider Buying Report: MRIN

As the saying goes, there are many possible reasons for an insider to sell a stock, but only one reason to buy -- they expect to make money. So let's look at one noteworthy recent insider buy.

At Marin Software (MRIN), there was insider buying on Friday, by Director Paul R. Auvil III who bought 66,200 shares for a cost of $7.69 each, for a trade totaling $508,883. Marin Software Inc. is trading up about 2.9% on the day Monday. So far Auvil III is in the green, up about 3.0% on their buy based on today's trading high of $7.92.
