KMC announce cash reward for hard working officials.

Administrator Karachi Rauf Akhtar Farooqui has announced cash reward for honest and hard working KMC officials on the eve of Independent Day.

Addressing the Jashn-e-Azadi ceremony held in Civic Centre on 14th August he said those workers who were serving the citizens honestly would be given 300 rupees each including the city wardens who performed their duty on roads and roundabouts for controlling traffic during Ramzan-ul-Mubarak and on the Eid-ul-Fitr.

According to the announcement the security officials deputed in the head office of KMC would also get the 300 hundred rupees reward for their services and the children and students who presented national songs and performed musical band would be rewarded with one thousand rupees each. Administrator Rauf Akhtar Farooqui urged these workers especially the security staff to bring more improvement in their performance and they would get even better reward for their services.

He also appreciated the performance of students of local bodies run schools and the little children on the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on 14th August. Administrator Karachi said the rule of punishment and reward has been in force in KMC under which the hardworking and committed officers and lower grade officials would get reward for their work.
