Ryerson Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Investment Weekly News -- Ryerson Holding Corporation ("Ryerson"), one of North America's largest processors and distributors of metals, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The selling stockholders named in the registration statement have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,650,000 shares in connection with the offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 8, 2014 under the ticker symbol "RYI."

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities, BMO Capital Markets, J.P. Morgan and Jefferies are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets and Citigroup are acting as lead managers and Stephens Inc., Macquarie Capital and Evercore are acting as co-managers for the offering.
