VTTI Energy Partners LP Announces Closing Of Initial Public Offering

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Energy Weekly News -- VTTI Energy Partners LP ("VTTI") announced the closing of its initial public offering of 20,125,000 common units representing limited partner interests in VTTI at $21.00 per common unit. The common units sold at closing included 2,625,000 common units sold pursuant to the underwriters' option to purchase additional common units, which was exercised in full prior to closing. The common units were sold by VTTI MLP Partners B.V. (the "Selling Unitholder"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of VTTI B.V., and began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on August 1, 2014 under the ticker symbol "VTTI."

The common units sold to the public represent a 49.0% limited partner interest in VTTI. The Selling Unitholder owns, directly or indirectly, a 2.0% general partner interest and the remaining limited partner interest in VTTI.
