The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole source fixed-price contract to Power DB, a subsidiary of Megger for the following licenses and training for PowerDB software: 1. Model:Megger DB1001-A PowerDB, 1st license; Qty: 1 2. Model: Megger DB1002-A PowerDB, 2nd to 5th license; Qty:4 3. Model: Megger DB1003, Additional licenses above 5; Qty:4 4. Model: Megger DB1005 PowerDB SQL Upgrade; Qty: 1 5. Model: Megger DB3000 4 Hour PowerDB Internet Training; Qty:1 Software licenses and training are required 30 days after award. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.207. Any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting officer within fifteen (15) days of publication of this announcement. Supporting evidence must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government to compete the proposed procurement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
