The purpose of this notice is to inform interested parties that the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to issue a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), 230 Mall Blvd, King of Prussia, PA for continued support of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) program. The point of contact for subcontracting opportunities is Susan Sonnemaker, LMC, at (303) 932-4529. Orders will be issued, if a BOA is executed, for the supplies and services required to execute software and system engineering support/upgrades and sustainment of the TTWCS. Anticipated efforts may include, but not be limited to, requirements definition, system engineering, system architecture and design, coding, integration and test, obsolescence, system redundancies, new hulll unique requirement and changes to correct mission critical deficiencies. LMC is the only known source that possesses the knowledge of the TTWCS design, operation requirements, capability, and expertise required to successfully provide these supplies and services in an accurate and timely manner to meet the required Government schedule for continued Fleet support of this critical war-fighting capability. LMC is the only known source capable of accomplishig this requirement in the required timeframe and without duplication of costs. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The data associated with the TTWCS is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. The Government contemplates a five year ordering period. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this notice can be sent via email diectly to Tammy Jackson at Tammy.Jackson@navy.mil.
