Intel Assigned Patent for Precision Resistor

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- Intel, Santa Clara, California, has been assigned a patent (8,796,772) developed by six co-inventors for a "[p]recision resistor for non-planar semiconductor device architecture." The co-inventors are Curtis Tsai, Beaverton, Oregon, Peter J. Vandervoorn, Hillsboro, Oregon, Jeng-Ya D. Yeh, Portland, Oregon, Walid M. Hafez, Portland, Oregon, Chia-Hong Jan, Portland, Oregon, and Joodong Park, Portland, Oregon.
