ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 12 -- Element Six Technologies U.S., Santa Clara, California, has been assigned a patent (8,796,843) developed by three co-inventors for "[h]igh-power and high-frequency semiconductor devices." The co-inventors are Alex Schreiber, Campbell, California, Dubravko I. Babic, Santa Clara, California, and Quentin E. Diduck, Ithaca, New York.
