This is a SSC Pacific combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation. Competitive quotes are being requested under N66001-14-T-7907. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses, NAICS code is 541519 and the size standard is 150 employees. This solicitation is a "Brand Name" requirement. Vendors must be authorized resellers/distributors for Oracle Solaris 10 Premier License and Support for Non-Oracle Hardware. Do not submit capability statements, they will not be reviewed. Item 0001: 1 Year Software License & Support for Solaris 10 Premier for Non-Oracle Hardware (1-4 socket Server) Period of Performance will be from "DATE of AWARD 31 July 2015 QTY: 56 Each (1 LOT) Item 0002: Processing/Administration Fee (If Applicable) QTY: 1 LOT Basis for award: The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price purchase order and it will be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable quote.
