Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 28, 2014, the Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida ("Seacoast" or the "Company") announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014.

A copy of the press release announcing Seacoast's results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 29, 2014, Seacoast held an investor conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. A transcript of this conference call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. Also attached as Exhibit 99.3 are charts (available on the Company's website at www.seacoastbanking.net) containing information used in the conference call and incorporated herein by reference.
