Yen Mixed Ahead Of Japan Consumer Sentiment Index

BRUSSELS (Alliance News) - The Cabinet office is slated to release the Japan consumer sentiment index for June at 1:00 am ET. The index is seen at 40.3, compared to 39.3 in May.

Ahead of the data, the Yen showed mixed trading against its major rivals. While the yen rose against the greenback, it held steady against the pound, the franc and the euro.

As of 12:55 am ET, the Yen was trading at 138.58 against the Euro, 174.19 against the Pound, 114.01 against the Swiss franc and 101.54 against the US dollar.
