Tryg A/S - weekly report on share buy backs

Last week, Tryg purchased own shares for an amount of DKK 31.3m as part of the share buy back programme of DKK 1,000m initiated on 2 January 2014. The programme will run until 30 December 2014. Since the share buy back programme was initiated, the total number of repurchased shares is 831,861 at a total amount of DKK 433.3m corresponding to 43.3% of the programme. With the transactions stated above, Tryg owns a total of 2,556,386shares, corresponding to 4.17% of the total number of shares of 61,316,103. Adjusted for own shares, the number of shares is 58,759,717.
