L-3 Communications Assigned Patent for Transitioned Film Growth

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 7 -- L-3 Communications, New York, has been assigned a patent (8,765,514) developed by three co-inventors for "[t]ransitioned film growth for conductive semiconductor materials." The co-inventors are Michael F. Taylo, Coppell, Texas, Athanasios J. Syllaios, Richardson, Texas, and Sameer K. Ajmera, Richardson, Texas.
