D.Phone Mobile Retail Chain to List in Hong Kong

HONG KONG, July 7, SinoCast -- Although the boom time for offline mobile phone sellers has passed away, D.Phone Mobile Retail Chain finally debuted on capital market with upcoming 4G era and concept of virtual carriers.

On July 8, D.Phone Mobile Retail Chain will get listed on the Hong Kong bourse under the ticker symbol of 6188, offering 167 million shares worldwide, financing at most HKD 1.18 billion calculating by upper limit of IPO price range. The stock has been fully subscribed.

Early stage investors included CDH Investments and 3i, holding a 10.69% and 13.06% stake after IPO. Cornerstone investors involved Lenovo Group Limited (SEHK: 0992), Qihoo 360 Technology Co., Ltd (NYSE: QIHU), China Unicom (Hong Kong) Ltd. (NYSE: CHU, SEHK: 0762, and SHSE: 600050) and TCL Communication Technology Holdings Ltd. (SEHK: 2618).
