Release date- 04072014 - Cooper Energy Limited (ASX: COE) advises that on 30 June 2014, 289,952 performance rights lapsed on cessation of employment of employees pursuant to the terms of the Cooper Energy Limited Employee Performance Rights Plan.

Following the lapse of these performance rights, Cooper Energy has on issue 14,748,003 unlisted performance rights.
