Contract award: contract for contact center / switchboard solution and service.

Copenhagen wants to enter into an agreement with a supplier for the delivery of a single combined contact center / conversion solution for all of Copenhagen. The solution must be both able to handle IVR, skill-based routing and offer PBX functionality and recording of conversations (in relation to training use). The solution must be able to handle up to 1,500 named agenter/800 concurrent agents. The solution must be serviced and kept up to date throughout the contract. Solution will be implemented both in the central consular contact center unit (Telefonnr.: +45 33663366) and completely decentralized in very small units (1-5 agents). The solution must be able to manage mobile and fixed users. The solution must be highly scalable and flexible, and user friendly. Similarly, the solution must be transparent across the devices in Copenhagen. The solution to be delivered, serviced and possible. driftet in the contract.
