BNY Mellon Western H1 Loss to CNY19.39mn

BEIJING, July 31, SinoCast -- BNY Mellon Western Fund Management, which has been in loss since its founding four years ago, lost CNY 19.3952 million in the first half of this year.

Operating revenue hit merely CNY 6.0432 million in the first half of this year, compared with CNY 6.0013 million in the same period of a year earlier. Annual loss hit CNY 19.2511 million last year. Half-year loss in the first half of this year witnessed a gentle year-on-year growth. By the end of June, the company's net assets hit merely CNY 138 million as its registered capital hit CNY 300 million.

The company has lost CNY 162 million since its inception four years ago and the continuous loss has made foreign shareholders to be determined to leave.
