Bacterin Announces Public Offering of Common Stock

BELGRADE, Mont., July 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bacterin International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BONE), a leader in the development of bone graft material and coatings for medical applications, today announced that it intends to offer shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase common stock in an underwritten public offering pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement.

Net proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for working capital and general corporate purposes including the continued expansion of the company's sales force and increasing inventory levels to support anticipated future growth.
