The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission) intends to solicit and negotiate under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, with Global Trade Information Services (GTIS), Inc., located at 2218 Devine Street, Columbia, South Carolina 29205. The USITC anticipates award in accordance with FAR Part 12, on a sole source basis, to GTIS for the use of their website and proprietary search engines, Global Trade Atlas, which is an exclusive product and service of GTIS that provides state level data; office trade data on imports and exports; and trade balances at detailed levels. The period of performance is September 1, 2014 through August 31, 2015. This Notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations or proposals. The notice of intent is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.
