Miller Architects & Builders Breaks Ground on Stearns Bank Equipment Finance Division Addition and Remodel in Albany, Minnesota

Stearns Bank Equipment Finance Division provides nationwide equipment leasing and finance to small business owners. The equipment finance division started in 1976 and works in many industries, including healthcare, agriculture, construction, and titled vehicles. Diane Notch, Senior Vice President and General Manager said, "They are expanding to accommodate substantial current growth and planned future growth." The Equipment Finance Division currently employs 126 people in a building roughly 15,000 square feet, and the expansion, constructed by Miller Architects & Builders, will allow for up to 200 total employees with an additional 11,000 square feet

The new addition will further help enhance the services that are provided by Stearns Bank Equipment Finance Division. The addition includes, added call space, a training room, conference room, a larger lounge with full kitchen, new entryway, restrooms, offices, and additional parking. There will be some additional remodeling to tie the new addition into existing areas.
