Intel Assigned Patent for Non-planar Semiconductor Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 29 -- Intel, Santa Clara, California, has been assigned a patent (8,785,909) developed by 10 co-inventors for a "non-planar semiconductor device having channel region with low band-gap cladding layer."
