Silicon Storage Technology Assigned Patent

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 29 -- Silicon Storage Technology, San Jose, California, has been assigned a patent (8,785,307) developed by four co-inventors for a method "of forming a memory cell by reducing diffusion of dopants under a gate." The co-inventors are Mandana Tadayoni, Cupertino, California, Chien-Sheng Su, Saratoga, California, Nhan Do, Saratoga, California, and Xian Liu, Sunnyvale, California.
