AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend of $0.20 Per Share

LEAWOOD, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. ("AMC" "AMC Theatres" or "the Company"), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, of $0.20 per share of Class A and Class B common stock, it's second since the Company's initial public offering. The dividend is payable in cash on September 15, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 5, 2014.
