rue21 Collaborates with Epicor Retail Store

rue21 said it is partnering with Epicor Software to improve its customers shopping experience.

In its release, rue21 said that it offers the latest trends through nearly 1,050 stores across 47 states. To support the company's efforts to continue to better understand its customers' needs and deliver an omni-channel experience across both in-store and online channels, the company is upgrading to the latest version of Epicor Retail Store. The Epicor flagship Point of Sale solution is designed to reduce checkout time and improve the customer experience to drive greater sales and loyalty.

Leveraging Epicor Retail Store, the brand will unify the customer experience across eCommerce and brick and mortar locations for simplified, streamlined operations, including returns management. Following implementation of the upgraded version, customers will be able to return and exchange items regardless of the channel of purchase as store associates will have a single view of cross- channel transactions.
