This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ). The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74.

The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS) on behalf of the Alcohol Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) has a request for quote for a hot aisle containment system in accordance with the Performance work Statement fo rthe TTB Head Quarters located in Walnut Creek, CA.

Defense Priorities and Allocations Systems (DPAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this acquisition.
