TITLE: Requirement Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being requested as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please submit only written quotations for this RFQ. FA4800-14-PD-0001 no later than 31 July 14, at 1600hrs EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect via the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-74.

This acquisition is for 100% small business only. Contractor: Please build your quote exactly how it is outline on the attachment DATED 23 JULY 2014. This RFQ contains 33 line items. FOB point is Destination.

All contractors must be registered in SAMS prior to any contract award.

Quote needs to show the following: Cage Code, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, Delivery Time, Warranty, Unit Price and Extended Total Price.


IAW FAR 13.106-1(a)(2) award will be made to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government. This means an overall combination of quality, price and past performance and various elements critical to this requirement.
