Construction contract (Tartu western bypass, 5th section)

Nordecon AS and Estonian Road Administration signed today a contract for the design and construction works of the 5th section of Tartuís western bypass. The works include the renovation of 2+2 lane main highway road section of 3 kilometers leading to the airport intersection and construction of four viaducts and one tunnel. The contract value is 8.6 million euros, excluding VAT. The works of the 5thsection of Tartuís western bypass begin in autumn 2014 and depending on the contractual commencement date last for 15 months. Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment. Geographically the Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland. The parent of the Group is Nordecon AS, a company registered and located in Tallinn, Estonia. In addition to the parent company, there are more than 10 subsidiaries in the Group. The consolidated revenue of the Group in 2013 was 174 million euros and net profit 4.6 million euros.
