The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, DC intends to award a sole source purchase order to Cellebrite USA Inc. located at 7 Campus Drive Suite 210, Parsippany, NJ 07054 for a one (1) year base period and three (3) option periods of performance. The contract will result in a firm fixed price purchase order for Forensic Link Analysis and Physical Analyzer USB Dongle. This contract action is for software for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one sole source under the authority of FAR 13.106. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which may be considered by the agency for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of statements, proposal, or quotations.
