Proposals are being solicited under solicitation number DJF-14-1200-R-0000144. This document provides a general description of the scope of the Web Site Support Services Performance Work Statement (PWS). The purpose of this acquisition is to support the FBI's requirements for Internet web presence management and delivery services. Services to be performed are related to security, software applications, content management, content delivery and technology environments. This is a Best Value acquisition. The Government has a requirement for content management and technical support of the FBI's Internet World Wide Web (WWW) sites. The majority of these services will provide analysis, database management, center operation services, and program management, with a small requirement for operational training and facility support. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is prepared in accordance with FAR 15 and contractors are requested to submit a proposal to provide services outlined in the solicitation. Please provide a Proposal for the items identified in the attachment(s) hereto.
