Provision of Research company to conduct a survey on level of financial literacy in Kosovo.

Prequalification are invited for Provision of Research company to conduct a survey on level of financial literacy in Kosovo. IFC Balkan and Armenia Financial Infrastructure Advisory Services (BAFI) Project and Microfinance Transformation Advisory Services (MFTP) Project have initiated creation of a platform to enhance financial awareness of potential borrowers and population in rural and urban areas. The initiative also aims at further effective improvement of private sector awareness. The Projects combine its efforts to conduct a phone survey to assess level of borrowers financial education in all regions of the Republic of Kosovo. In this regards, these Projects are planning to engage a research company. The work to be undertaken is broken into the following tasks as outlined below: A research company will have the opportunity to review, and discuss with IFC staff provided draft questionnaires and identify any issues, which are considered to present operational or logistical difficulties to the completion of a phone survey. Research to to conduct and complete a phone survey on financial literacy for 1,000 unique individuals (50% of urban population and 50% of farmers), all over Kosovo. Development of presentation and analytical report in Albanian and English. Survey work will launch on August 10, 2014 and complete by September 10, 2014, based on document describing the methodology for a phone survey administration (sample selection, interview methodology, interview standards), and guidelines and controls set in place to assure data quality and elimination of errors.
