With the new maturity date scheduled to July 2019, the maturity for the Group's syndicated loan is extended by two years. The Group will also benefit from improved financial conditions, taking advantage of the good environment surrounding the credit markets. This successful renegotiation is a testament to Mersen's creditworthiness, and further reinforces its excellent financial flexibility. Mersen has committed credit lines of 365 million euros in total, 145 million euros of which are currently available.
