The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order on a single source basis to Incisive Media for access to and The contracting officer has determined that Incisive Media is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Online access is required for the following publications: Inside Market Data, Inside Reference Data, Buy-Side Technology, Sell-side Technology, Asia Risk, Energy Risk, Insurance Risk, Operational Risk & Regulation, Risk, Risk Journals, and Structured Products. These publications contain news and analysis which is required by the Securities and Exchange Commission. The uniqueness of the information, combined with copyright protection makes Incisive Media the only known source for obtaining this information. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year and the total value of the order shall be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.

The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Incisive Media on or about July 28, 2014. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
