Plaza Bank Strengthens Talent With New HR Executive

By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Investment Weekly News -- Plaza Bank (OTCBB: PLZB) (the "Bank") has further solidified its management team with the hiring of Amy Yeager as Vice President and Human Resources Business Partner.

"Amy's extensive experience managing human resources will help us continue to attract, hire, develop, and retain top-performing talent across our company."

Ms. Yeager has 25 years of experience in the banking industry, with the past 12 years in human resources. Most recently she served as Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Consultant in the Wealth Management Division of Wells Fargo Bank. Prior to that, she held various roles with Wells Fargo, spanning human resources, operations, and branch management.

Ms. Yeager will be responsible for enhancing Plaza Bank's HR strategies and tactics, administering key policies and procedures and advising leadership on various HR issues.

"My 'clients' are the managers and employees at Plaza Bank," Ms. Yeager said, who has recently obtained her PHR credential. "I look forward to consulting with them on a broad range of HR topics -- including recruiting, employee relations, development, compensation, and more -- to keep us at the forefront of community business banking in Southern California and Southern Nevada."

Ms. Yeager lives in Trabuco Canyon with her husband, Mark, and their two children. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Occidental College, and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
