Minerva Neurosciences To Ring NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell On July 7, 2014

The ceremony follows the announcement of the pricing of the company's initial public offering on June 30, 2014. Shares began trading on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol "NERV" on July 1, 2014.

"The completion of our IPO was an important milestone in our company history and we are honored to commemorate this event and ring the closing bell at NASDAQ today," said Dr. Vivaldi.

The establishment of a new corporate headquarters follows the appointment of Rogerio Vivaldi, MD, MBA, as the new president and CEO, and Marc Beer as the chairman of the board of directors of Minerva Neurosciences.
